Sonodyn© is a simple preventive tool that measures the sound level of an environment (workshop, performance hall, canteens, etc.) and clearly indicates this thanks to its digital display (in decibels), associated with a graph varying from green to red, passing by Amber, depending on the intensity of the recorded sounds.
Fight against noise pollution
Preventive sound level meter, Sonodyn® raises awareness of the invisible danger that is noise, by materializing it using the graph bar. This then goes from green to amber, then to red, depending on the ambient sound level.
The risks associated with noise exposure are subject to some regulation, which varies depending on exposure levels. Among the general principles, the assessment of risks through a measurement of sound levels is necessary.
This solution is particularly appreciated in factories (production and manufacturing), construction sites, warehouses but also establishments open to the public (show room, etc.).
Why use a sound level indicator?
Raising awareness of the risk of deterioration ofhearing
From 75 decibels, the risk of hearing deterioration is proven. The exposure limit to a sound volume of 75 dB is set at 8 hours per day. Beyond that, protection measures must be put in place.
